Discovery camp is a full week of camp designed for younger campers to discover what camp is all about, all while swimming, playing, learning, and having fun!
Fast Camps (half-week camp)
Fast Camp: June 18-20 (Grades 1-5)
Lil Campers: July 5-7 (Grades 1-2)
Blast Camp: July 5-7 (Grades 3-5)
Fast camp is a half-week camp designed to help younger campers ease into the camp life. Our half week will be stuffed with learning, singing, dancing, games, smores, and more!
Grades Completed (K-3)
Each day is a new day at day camp! Each day features a stand alone lesson with all of the joys of camp life. Sign up for one day of the week, or all three! Price includes snacks, lunch, and activities.
Middle School/ High School
Grades Completed (5-12)
Campers Choice: June 25-30
Campers choice allows students to choose their path for the week. Love the water? Spend your time swimming and canoeing. How about crafts? Spend your days being as creative as possible. You choose what to focus on during the week, while still experiencing the songs, dances, games, and fun!
Movie Camp: June 25-30
Movie camp is a time to explore God's love and creation through movies. Don't forget about the normal camp fun, with activities such as swimming, campfires, archery, and more! (2023 theme to be announced soon!)
Night Owls: July 9-14
This is for all of the night people! Stay up late to play night games, sing around the campfire, late night snacks, and other night experiences.
Wacky Tourists: July 16-21
Live the tourist life for a week with fun trips to mini- golf, theme parks, and other lake attractions. This week will feature field trips, along with your everyday camp life experience. Don't forget to hop on a canoe at Lakeshore's waterfront while visiting!
Art(s) Explosion: July 23-28
Love art, drama, music, crafts, or other arts? This is the camp for you. Enjoy time jamming out, creating masterpieces, or acting your heart out with this art camp, or should we say ARTS camp! Each student may choose what they would like to do on most days attending.
Camp Preparation/ Camp Teardown
(Chaperones Free- limit 1-2 free adults based on group size. Additional adults may attend with a charge)
July 31- Aug 4
Our mission weeks are for older students and adults to spend time at camp helping to prepare for and tear down camp.
Your days will consist of food provided by Lakeshore, tasks around camp, and free time to use our beach area, play games, hang out, or just relax at our beautiful camp.

Grands Camp 1/ Sheep and Shepherds 1: June 16-18
Grands Camp 2/ Sheep and Shepherds 2: July 17-19
$175/ person (lodging varies)
Grands camp is for grandparents to attend camp with their grandchildren. Sheep and Shepherd is designed for a parent/ guardian and child to attend together. Your stay will include food, games, activities, free time and more!
Super Duper Sleepover: June 16-17
New to camp? Stay for just one night to get all of the fun of camp jam packed into a one night stay! Don't worry, you will still get to sing, play games, swim, and eat at our facility!
4th of July Family Weekend! June 30- July 5
Coming to visit Okoboji this year? We have a place to stay! Our lodge rooms and cabins will be available for family rentals, with the option to do activities on or off site that week! Stay for a few nights, or until the 5th!
